Flow: submit → Waiting For Review → In Review → Approved/Rejected. Test accounts and clear notes speed things up.
Flow
- Attach build, complete metadata, submit for review.
- Status moves to Waiting For Review.
- In Review: reviewer may message or call.
- Results: Ready for Sale (approved) or Rejected.
Review Time
- Usually 1–3 business days; longer during holidays/peak.
- TestFlight external testing also requires review but is typically faster.
Materials to Prepare
- Test account/password and steps.
- If VPN/special environment needed, provide clear instructions.
- Purchase path for paid/subscription, ensure IAP is buyable.
- Third-party content/rights proof if applicable.
If Rejected
- Check Resolution Center details and fix per feedback.
- For misunderstandings, provide reproduction video/logs to explain.
- For repeated rejections, consider phone support or appeal.
