App Information Setup
App Information is a core review area: privacy contacts, support URL, age rating, copyright, and category must be accurate.
Required Fields
- Name / Subtitle: Visible in the store; should match what you set when creating the app.
- Primary/Secondary Category: Affects ranking and discovery; do not mislead users.
- Content Rights & Copyright: Rights holder; provide authorization if third-party content is used.
- App Review Contact: Reviewer contact; ensure phone/email is reachable.
- Support URL / Marketing URL: Must be accessible and app-related.
- Privacy Policy URL: Mandatory and up to date.
Age Rating
- Answer the questionnaire for violence, adult content, gambling, etc.
- Choosing too low while containing sensitive content risks rejection; evaluate WebView external content too.
Localization
- Localize name, subtitle, description, and keywords; default falls back to primary language.
- Localize screenshots and promo text to improve conversion.
Tips
- Use long-lived domains for support and privacy pages to avoid 404s.
- If the app requires an account/login, provide demo credentials or review notes.
