Plan release windows and phased rollout; keep What’s New honest and clear for users and reviewers.
Release Options
- Manual release: You publish after approval.
- Automatic release: Goes live once approved.
- Scheduled release: Set a date/time.
- Phased release: Roll out by percentage (e.g., 1% → 10% → 50% → 100%).
What’s New
- Clearly list fixes/features/optimizations for this version.
- Avoid exaggeration or unrelated ads; do not leave it blank.
Hotfix and Resubmit
- Same version number can be resubmitted with a higher build; explain the fixes.
- For urgent fixes after rejection, address the issue and resubmit directly.
Taking Down or Storefront Changes
- In Pricing and Availability you can remove from certain regions or globally.
- For major compliance risks, remove from sale first, fix, then relist.
