Move over there a bit.
You are the programmer. The robot follows!
Program a Robot Route
A robot cannot guess what we mean. Give it clear steps, put them in order, then debug together.
Robots follow exactly what we say
“Go near the door” is not clear enough.
Move forward 3 squares, then stop.
A good command says what to do, how many times, and which way when needed.
Programmers put steps in order
To get the book on the table, what should happen first?
Repeated actions can be grouped
Forward, forward, forward, forward. Can we say it shorter?
This is a loop: put a repeated command inside a “repeat how many times” box. Climbing stairs, clapping, and brushing teeth all repeat.
Guide the robot to the star
You choose every step.
Start at the top left, avoid the red obstacle, and reach the bottom right. Add commands, then run your route.
Hint: try moving right, then down.
It is normal when a program fails at first
The robot bumped into a wall. What now?
At which step did it go wrong?
Was the direction wrong, or was there one extra step?
Edit the command and run it again.
Reach the goal safely
Plan a route: check the map, then choose.
A delivery robot should avoid obstacles and dangerous areas. Real navigation also considers roads, people, and safety rules.
MISSION COMPLETE · ROBOT ARRIVED SAFELY
A program is a set of clear steps. Debugging makes it better.
Clear commands, the right order, or repeated actions.
I observed, found the problem, and fixed it.
